Role & responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients in a designated territory.

• Client Meetings:

  Visit prospects and current customers at their locations for face-to-face interactions.

• Product/Service Presentation:

  Demonstrate and explain products/services, highlighting benefits to meet customer needs.

• Sales Cycle Management:

  Guide prospects through the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.

• Relationship Building:

  Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.

• Achieving Targets:

  Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue goals.

• Reporting:

  Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and customer accounts, often using CRM software.

• Market Awareness:

  Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new products.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, particularly field or outside sales.
• Strong verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivation, discipline, and a target-driven attitude.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel frequently within a territory.

Typical Environment:

• Works primarily outside the office, traveling to various client sites.
• Often involves varied hours to accommodate client schedules
