Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Management:

    Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and inbound inquiries; nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Client Engagement:

    Engage prospective students/institutions via phone, email, and virtual meetings to understand needs and offer tailored solutions (courses, software, resources).
  • Product Expertise:

    Maintain deep knowledge of the product/service portfolio and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Sales & Enrollment:

    Guide clients through the enrollment process, assist with documentation, resolve queries, negotiate, and close sales to meet targets.
  • CRM & Reporting:

    Accurately log all sales activities, interactions, and customer data in the CRM system; provide sales forecasts.
  • Collaboration:

    Work with Marketing to align strategies and improve lead quality; support outside sales reps with territory insights.
