Opkey - Oracle Fusion/SCM Lead

As a key member of Opkey, you will be leading the end-to-end implementation and optimization of Manufacturing, Planning, and Costing modules within Supply Chain Management (SCM). Your responsibilities will include working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional solutions. You will configure and implement processes in ERP platforms such as Oracle SCM Cloud or SAP S/4HANA, with a specific focus on discrete and process manufacturing. Ensuring seamless integration between SCM modules and other functions such as Finance, Procurement, and Inventory will be crucial in your role. Collaboration with technical teams to ensure efficient system integration across ERP, MES, WMS, and third-party applications is also expected. Your expertise will be utilized to provide SME-level guidance on industry best practices, compliance, and cost management strategies. In addition, you will lead system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover planning, and provide go-live support. Identifying improvement opportunities in current processes and recommending automation or re-engineering initiatives will be part of your responsibilities. Supporting pre-sales and solutioning activities, including client presentations, demos, and Requests for Proposal (RFP) responses, will also be required. To excel in this role, you are expected to have 10+ years of experience in SCM solution delivery, with a strong emphasis on Manufacturing, Planning, and Costing. Deep functional knowledge of ERP systems like Oracle SCM Cloud, Oracle EBS, or SAP S/4HANA is essential. Hands-on experience with Work Definition, Work Execution, Production Planning, Cost Accounting, Standard and Actual Costing, and Supply Chain Planning is highly valued. A strong understanding of integration touchpoints with Finance, Procurement, and Order Management is necessary. Experience with cloud platforms such as Oracle Cloud, AWS, or Azure is beneficial. Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skills are crucial for success in this role. Preferred qualifications include certification in Oracle SCM Cloud or SAP Manufacturing.
