Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager at MindStep Consultancy, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding the client base. Your main responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients, and closing deals that align with the consultancy services. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business consulting, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect and qualify leads through various channels - Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients by cultivating relationships and understanding their business needs - Conduct consultations with potential clients to evaluate their requirements and create tailored solutions - Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals - Deliver proposals and recommendations to clients in a clear and persuasive manner, emphasizing the value of the services provided - Negotiate terms and agreements to finalize sales deals and reach revenue targets - Collaborate with consulting and marketing teams to craft compelling proposals and presentations - Work with the sales team to explore new business opportunities and enhance market penetration - Provide feedback to the marketing team to enhance lead generation efforts and sales collateral - Achieve or exceed sales quotas and performance objectives consistently - Maintain accurate and updated sales records for auditing purposes Qualifications: - B.E in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering/Manufacturing from an AICTE approved University Skills: - Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, preferably in consulting, professional services, or operational improvement - Proficient understanding of lean principles such as Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, RCCM - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable with independent work - Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Tools (MS Office, Power BI, etc.) - Strong skills in High Impact Communications, Good listening, High Agency, and Drive for results Please Note: Travel may be required, both locally and Pan India.
