Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager at MindStep Consultancy, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding the client base. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and closing deals aligned with the consultancy services. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business consulting, exceptional communication skills, and a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect and qualify leads through various channels. - Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients by understanding their business needs and fostering relationships. - Conduct consultations with prospective clients to tailor solutions to their requirements. - Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. - Deliver clear and compelling proposals and recommendations to clients, emphasizing the value of the services offered. - Negotiate terms and agreements to finalize sales deals and achieve revenue targets. - Collaborate with consulting and marketing teams to develop engaging proposals and presentations. - Work with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and enhance market penetration. - Provide feedback to the marketing team to enhance lead generation efforts and sales collateral. - Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance objectives. - Maintain accurate and updated sales records for auditing purposes. Qualifications: - B.E. in Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering/ Manufacturing from an AICTE approved University. Skills: - Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in consulting, professional services, or operational improvement. - Strong understanding of lean principles such as Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and RCCM. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Self-motivated, results-driven individual comfortable with independent work. - Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Tools (MS Office, Power BI, etc.). - High Impact Communications, good listening skills, high agency, and drive for results. Additional Details: Travel: Required for local and Pan India assignments. Experience Required: 5-8 years.,
