Role Description As a Sales Manager at MindStep Consultancy, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and closing deals that align with our consultancy services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business consulting, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Prospect and qualify leads through various channels Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients by nurturing relationships and understanding their business needs. Conduct consultations with prospective clients to assess their requirements and develop customized solutions. Build long-term relationships with clients to support repeat business and referrals. Present proposals and recommendations to clients in a clear and compelling manner, highlighting the value of our services. Negotiate terms and agreements to close sales deals and achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with consulting and marketing teams to create compelling proposals and presentations. Collaborate with the sales team to explore new business opportunities and market penetration. Provide feedback to the marketing team to improve lead generation efforts and sales collateral. Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance objectives on a consistent basis. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records for audit purposes. Qualifications B.E Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering/ Manufacturing- with AICTE approved University Skills Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in consulting, professional services, or operational improvement. Strong understanding of lean principles (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, RCCM) Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently. Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Tools ( MS office, power BI etc) High Impact Communications, Good listening skills, High Agency, Drive for result Travel : local and Pan India as required Experience required 5-8 years
