Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Team Member located in Surat. The Operations Team Member will be responsible for managing daily operational activities, ensuring seamless coordination between departments, handling projects, and supporting operational initiatives. The role will also involve analyzing data to improve processes, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to the success of sales and operational strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and improve operational processes
• Effective Communication skills for collaboration with team members, clients, and stakeholders
• Experience or knowledge in Sales and Operations Management for achieving strategic goals
• Proficiency in Project Management to oversee, plan, and execute operational initiatives successfully
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
