Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Nagpur for an Operations Team Member. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operational activities, coordinating with clients and internal teams to execute holiday bookings, and ensuring smooth operations with keen attention to detail. The role requires ensuring customer satisfaction, supporting sales and operations processes, and streamlining project execution for optimal service delivery. Qualifications Strong analytical skills to assess data, track KPIs, and drive operational improvements. Exceptional communication skills for client interaction and collaboration with internal teams. Experience in sales and understanding of customer-focused travel or service industries is an advantage. Background in operations management or project management to handle day-to-day and long-term activities effectively. Ability to work in a high-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively. Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, Operations, or a related field. Previous experience in the travel and hospitality industry is a plus.
