Operations Team Leader

Job Title: Operations Executive Department: Operations Location: Pune / Hyderabad Job Summary The Operations Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations by maintaining brand SOP compliance, supporting kitchen setups, conducting staff training, and resolving operational queries. The role will work closely with store teams and franchise partners to ensure consistent product quality, hygiene, and customer experience across all outlets. Key Responsibilities * Oversee and ensure store-level compliance with brand SOPs, quality standards, and operational guidelines. * Conduct regular audits of stores, identify SOP violations, document findings, and coordinate corrective actions. * Plan and deliver training programs for new joinees and conduct ongoing refresher training for existing staff. * Provide hands-on support for new kitchen setups, including equipment placement, process flow, and pre-opening readiness. * Conduct pizza trials and product standardization sessions to ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation. * Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day operational queries from store staff and franchise teams. * Support stores in resolving operational challenges related to kitchen processes, manpower, inventory, and hygiene. * Coordinate with internal teams (quality, supply chain, training) to ensure smooth operations. * Maintain audit reports, training records, and compliance documentation. Skills & Competencies * Strong understanding of QSR / food service operations * Knowledge of SOPs, hygiene, and food safety standards * Good communication and training skills * Ability to identify operational gaps and suggest improvements * Hands-on, field-oriented approach * Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Qualifications & Experience * Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field preferred * 2–4 years of experience in QSR operations, store audits, or training * Experience with pizza brands or kitchen operations will be an added advantage * Willingness to travel across stores as required What We Offer * Opportunity to work with a fast-growing food brand * Exposure to multi-store operations and franchise management * Career growth in operations and brand leadership
