Operations Team Leader

We're seeking an experienced Operations Team Leader to oversee and coordinate the activities of our operations team in Kollam. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of operational procedures, excellent leadership abilities, and problem-solving

Key Responsibilities

- Team Management: Supervise and manage the daily activities of the operations team members, providing guidance and support as needed.

- Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

- Customer Service: Handle customer escalations and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.

- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with management to develop strategic plans and goals for the operations team.

- Training and Development: Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

### Requirements

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operations management or a related field, preferably in a leadership role.

- Skills:

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to analyze data and implement improvements

- Problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Proficient in MS Office and project management software
