The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing sales teams and handling international customer interactions. Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead a team of outbound sales representatives Drive sales targets and monitor daily team performance Coach and mentor team members for performance improvement Ensure adherence to process and quality standards Handle customer escalations and complex queries Requirements: Minimum 2 years of outbound international sales experience At least 1 year in a team leadership role Excellent communication and team management skills Comfortable with night shifts or international time zones Graduation completed (preferred)
