Job Description

Identifies problems, seeks for solutions and is a team player.
Responsible for all activity sent to Support team from various departments. Ability to process and update various reports with regards to Support responsibilities. Effective project management.
Create and maintain weekly, monthly, and yearly productivity reports.
Ability to effectively manage projects, analyze training needs, processes and systems and make recommendations for improvement.
Plans & schedules training for new staff and ensures the training is conducted and completed as per the plan.
Ensure Compliance with all company Policies and Procedures in all the operations support activities delivered from India.
Develops and maintains a productive work teams by hiring qualified personnel, training, and managing performance.
Manages teams with integrity, ethical business practices, and in accordance with Mouser policies, procedures, and practices.
Flexible to meet the changing needs of the business and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments.
Initiates, establishes, and maintains highly effective relationships with internal and external business contacts of various cultures, and at all levels.
Exhibits strong problem solving, organizational and teaching skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook) at the advanced level preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
