Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Supervisor located in Gurugram. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring departmental efficiency, and managing a team to achieve performance goals. Responsibilities include monitoring operational processes, implementing strategies for optimization, analyzing operational data, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards. The role requires effective collaboration with other departments to streamline workflows and address challenges.

Role and Responsibility

  • Setting goals

    : Set clear goals for team members to encourage them to work enthusiastically
  • Delegating tasks

    : Assign tasks to team members based on their strengths
  • Monitoring progress

    : Oversee progress towards goals and ensure everyone is working towards the same goal
  • Providing feedback

    : Provide feedback to team members to help them improve
  • Coaching

    : Coach team members to improve their performance and customer interactions
  • Organizing

    : Create schedules, streamline processes, and schedule meetings
  • Ensuring compliance

    : Ensure adherence to company policies and client requirements
  • Managing escalations

    : Manage escalations and resolve complex issues
  • Training

    : Conduct training sessions for new hires 


Skillset and Experience Required

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.


Qualification Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.


Technical Qualification

  • Intermmediate Excel and Power Point
  • CRM and HRMS usage
