Operations Specialist

Role - HR Operation Specialist

Experience Required - 3+ years

Skills:

● Strong knowledge of HR functions including benefits, payroll, HR programs etc.

● Workday and ServiceNow experience is a must.

● Experience analyzing organizational needs, set priorities, stay focused, and manage time in a fast-paced, developing environment

● Ability to establish strong relationships at all levels and across functions regionally and globally

● Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated success working with all levels in an organization

● High level of accuracy and excellent verbal and written communication skills

● Ability to address immediate employee needs while maintaining a view to long term goals and the organization’s vision and objectives with a continuous improvement mindset.

● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global, dynamic environment. Must be able to operate with minimal direction.

● Ability to demonstrate integrity, maintain confidentiality and influence without authority.

● Commitment to continuous learning and study of your craft.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
