Operations Specialist

As a Business Operations Specialist at SAP, you will be part of the SuccessFactors Strategic Business Steering team. Your role will involve owning critical software procurement processes and contributing to the optimization of tools, systems, and vendor relationships. The Strategic Business Steering team, which is part of the COO team of SAP SuccessFactors, serves as the operational backbone for the Product & Engineering L1 unit. Your responsibilities will include running business operations, managing strategic projects, orchestrating budget and resource planning, offering strategic insights, and driving mission-critical initiatives.
