Job Title: Operations Specialist

Role Overview:

The Operations Specialist will play a critical role in managing operational processes, ensuring compliance with energy industry regulations, and driving continuous improvement across systems and workflows. This role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to bridge operational execution with compliance, audits, and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Energy Industry & Compliance

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of

    energy regulations, policies, and quality standards

    .
  • Ensure all processes and operations adhere to compliance frameworks and industry best practices.

2. Customer & Frontend Journey Management

  • Understand and enhance the

    frontend and agent journey

    , identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with

    cross-functional teams

    to refine processes and deliver seamless customer interactions.

3. Audit & Process Improvement

  • Lead

    Audit the Auditor task

    to ensure accuracy, compliance, and accountability within QA processes.
  • Perform

    non-sales analysis

    and

    post-hog audits

    in collaboration with QA and senior analysts.
  • Document issues, recommend improvements, and drive process enhancements.

4. Operations & Change Management

  • Manage operational processes and ensure smooth execution of changes.
  • Conduct

    UAT

    for new energy offers and system enhancements, ensuring readiness for market launch.

6. Industry Insights & Market Research

  • Conduct

    market research and competitor analysis

    on retailer processes and customer journeys.
  • Provide

    insights and recommendations

    to support decision-making, product enhancements, and strategic initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in operations, Business, or related discipline.
  • 2–4 years of experience in

    operations support, business analysis, or process management

    .
  • Strong analytical and auditing skills with experience in dashboards and system management.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
