Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support the driver hiring executives and dispatcher Monitor daily operations, hiring, and dispatch performance Set KPIs and track productivity for the team Generate leads and onboard new clients for transport services Build and maintain relationships with key clients Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports Propose strategies for team efficiency and business growth Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years in operations, sales, or team management Strong leadership and communication abilities Experience with lead generation and client outreach Familiar with logistics, transportation, or recruitment domains Proactive, data-driven, and highly organized Working Hours: Australian business hours 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Morning shift Work Location: In person
