JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a strong leader with a person-centric approach who will be proactive, visible in the organization and take ownership of issues and drive for solutions. The individual will have an excellent understanding and in-depth use of Sales tools, systems and processes. Primary Responsibilities Manage relationships and ensure alignment with sales goals. Provide reporting, lead tracking, and pipeline management via CRM tools. Evaluate ongoing sales team performances. Assist in developing sales strategies and implementing new ideas. Additional Responsibilities Overseeing and optimizing the sales process to ensure the team is efficient and effective. Developing and guiding the team through documented professional development. Identify opportunities for sales process improvements and develop and implement new strategies. Analyzing and researching the sales data and current trends to create sales forecasts. Streamlining every stage of the sales funnel, from lead generation till customers buying and using the product. Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, to identify business goals and streamline processes. Tracking various technical and non-technical sales related issues faced by customers. Learning and implementing new sales processes and strategies and coordinating training of sales engineers. Minimum Qualifications A bachelor's/master’s degree Demonstrated progressive relevant experience and solid understanding of sales operations. Require candidates to have at least two to five years of experience with at least two of those years in a sales operations management role. Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional and international collaboration. Proven experience in sales operations, business analysis, or sales support management. Demonstrated leadership in managing and motivating teams.
