Spa Therapist(Female)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled, professional, and customer-focused Female Spa Therapist from the Northeast region to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in delivering a wide range of spa and wellness treatments while ensuring the highest level of service, comfort, and safety for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform professional spa treatments such as massages, body scrubs, facials, pedicures, and other wellness therapies as per spa standards.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and setup of treatment rooms before and after each service.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and sterilization protocols.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.
• Promote spa services, packages, and retail products to clients.
• Stay updated on new spa techniques, products, and industry trends.
• Assist in maintaining stock levels of spa products and equipment.
• Cooperate with other spa team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Female candidate from the Northeast region (preferred).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a reputed spa, salon, or wellness center.
• Proficiency in various massage techniques (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Balinese, Thai, etc.).
• Knowledge of skin care and body treatments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional grooming, etiquette, and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to handle clients with care, discretion, and empathy.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English/Hindi or local language is a plus.
