Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and grow our salon & spa services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, increasing brand visibility, and driving revenue through both digital and offline marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Convert inquiries into bookings through effective communication.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, walk-in clients, and local partners.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance regularly.
• Promote packages, memberships, and seasonal offers to new and existing clients.
• Gather client feedback and work with the team to improve service quality.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline) to boost visibility and sales.
• Create engaging content for social media, WhatsApp, emails, and SMS campaigns.
• Manage and grow the spa’s presence on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Coordinate with designers and vendors for marketing materials and branding.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, prepare reports and suggest improvements.
• Organize local promotional events, tie-ups, and outreach programs to attract new customers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing (preferably in beauty/wellness/hospitality).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in social media marketing and digital tools.
• Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and customer databases is a plus.

Working Hours:

• Full-time | 10am to 7pm
• Weekends and holidays may be required.

Salary:

• UPTO 35K
