Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and customer-oriented Beauty Cum Therapist to join our team. The role involves providing a wide range of beauty, skin, and body therapies with the highest level of professionalism, ensuring excellent client satisfaction, and maintaining service standards of the spa/salon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional beauty treatments such as facials, waxing, threading, bleaching, clean-ups, and basic skin care services.
• Perform body therapies including massages, body scrubs, body polishing, and spa treatments.
• Deliver hair care services such as hair wash, head massage, blow-dry, and simple styling when required.
• Recommend suitable treatments and products based on clients’ needs.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and proper sterilization of tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Ensure a relaxing and welcoming environment for clients.
• Promote and upsell add-on services and retail products.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
• Maintain client records and follow-up for customer retention.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in beauty and body treatments (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
• Good knowledge of skin care, beauty products, and spa therapies.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
• Ability to work in a team and flexible with work schedules (including weekends/holidays).
