Job Description

As a candidate for the role of Finance and NSA BPM Assistant, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Finance and NSA BPM lead with Global networks spend budget preparation, forecasting, and baseline analysis/review. Your key responsibilities will include: - Analyzing and reporting cost optimization resulting from contract negotiations - Assisting with business efficiency targets and documentation processes - Supporting internal attestation and business planning activities such as timesheet logging tracking - Managing project to BAU recoveries - Assisting with cost management, including cross border recharge, other recharges, MAN days, and vendor recharges - Helping with the accrual process end to end, flagging risks, and analyzing overrun/underrun - Tracking actuals at invoice level and mapping ledger impact to invoices for all markets Your role will be instrumental in ensuring effective run rate management for Networks (NSA) and avoiding underrunning or overrunning. It is essential to have a strong understanding of commercials and contracts in the networks space. Experience in Finance and Invoicing within the telco industry would be advantageous. Additionally, a high-level Telco and Networking expertise is required, with a preference for a combination of network topology understanding and finance skills.,
