Operations - Order management

Order Processing & Management: Accurately process customer orders from entry to

fulfilment, adhering strictly to established processes to ensure consistency and accuracy.

• Oversee the billing process,

  including the generation of invoices through Tally and the monitoring of payment collections to ensure timely cash flow.

• License & AMC Management:

  Handle issuance of new licenses, renewals, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) tracking, ensuring timely reminders and compliance with process standards.

• Quotation Management:

  Prepare and send accurate quotations to clients on time, following established workflows.

• Collaborate

  with sales, finance, and customer service teams to ensure that all project-related tasks are efficiently coordinated.
• Monitor project timelines, follow up with relevant stakeholders, and ensure all deliverables are met on schedule.
• Resolve operational challenges promptly by liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Provide regular reports on order status, collections, project progress, and license management to management.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance operational efficiency using Salesforce, Odoo and Tally.
• Support the business in additional operational tasks as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

2 - 4 years of experience in operations or similar roles, preferably in the IT or software product industry

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with CRM or billing tools like

Salesforce or Odoo.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams.
