Operations - Order management

As an Order Processing & Management executive, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders from entry to fulfillment. It is essential to adhere strictly to established processes to ensure consistency and accuracy. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling License & AMC Management by issuing new licenses, managing renewals, and tracking AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) to ensure timely reminders and compliance with process standards. - Managing Quotation by preparing and sending accurate quotations to clients on time, following established workflows. - Collaborating with sales, finance, and customer service teams to efficiently coordinate all project-related tasks. - Monitoring project timelines, following up with relevant stakeholders, and ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule. - Resolving operational challenges promptly by liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams. - Providing regular reports on order status, collections, project progress, and license management to management. - Continuously identifying opportunities for process improvement to enhance operational efficiency using Salesforce, Odoo, and Tally. - Supporting the business in additional operational tasks as required. Qualifications required for this role include: - 2-4 years of experience in operations or similar roles, preferably in the IT or software product industry. - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with CRM or billing tools like Salesforce or Odoo. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work across teams.,
