Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Operations Officer to join our team in the Document Management department at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in document management, preferably in the BFSI industry.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and oversee the processing of documents for asset operations.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure timely and accurate closure of documents.
  • Develop and implement effective document management systems.
  • Monitor and analyze document processing metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve document-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Job Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of document management principles and practices.
  • Experience in managing large volumes of documents accurately and efficiently.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
