Job Description:
• Identifying and mitigating Risk within the process.
• Checking of KYC Documents as per compliance and process note.
• Processing day to day cases of conversion and other processing
buckets.
• Managing ETE TAT for T+1 day conversion.
• Reverting to other departments query.
• Responsible for automating existing processes to improve efficiency
of entire department.
• Preferably worked in any operations department of Insurance
company. (Candidates from Life insurance industry would be
preferred)
• Excellent in written and verbal communication with ability to
establish and maintain positive relationship at all levels including
senior management
• Attention to detail, problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
