Job Description:

About the Role:

• Act as both

  Business Analyst and Subject Matter Expert (SME)

   in the P&C Insurance domain.
• Collaborate with

  U.S. insurance clients

   across Commercial, Auto, P&C, and Specialty Lines.
• Partner with product development teams on

  roadmaps, design, and user experience improvements

  .
• Lead and support

  product transformations

  , driving multiple successful releases.
• Provide

  functional support

   for enhancements and new product development targeting U.S. markets.
• Support

  sales initiatives

   through functional consulting and domain expertise.
• Conduct

  client workshops and stakeholder discussions

  , ensuring clear business and technical alignment.
• Guide and mentor

  small teams

  , taking ownership of product build and implementation.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven

  SME in Property & Casualty Insurance

  , with deep experience in

  North American Commercial Lines

  .
• Strong understanding of

  end-to-end product lifecycle

   from concept to delivery.
• Practical exposure to

  North American commercial insurance

   processes and workflows.
• Excellent

  communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management

   skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in

  agile product teams

   with cross-functional collaboration
