Role Summary:

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in the Insurance sector, preferably in Life Insurance (LI) domain.

• Minimum 1.52 years of stability in both current and previous organizations.

• No gaps between employment periods.

• Must possess strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

• Should have an active MinP-50 list (Advisor list).

• Must be currently residing in Mumbai/Pune — no relocation candidates.

• Preference for candidates who have worked in Banca, Agency, or Direct sales channels.

• Should have a good market understanding and local customer connect.

• Two-Wheeler along with Driving license.

Compensation & Employment Details

• Designation: Team Manager

• Maximum Current CTC: 7 LPA

• Industry Preference: Only candidates from Life Insurance background.

• Work Mode: On-site (field-based or branch-based depending on role).

Key Responsibilities (Indicative)

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and business targets.

• Manage and grow assigned customer portfolios or partner relationships.

• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline (P-50 list) for continuous business generation.

• Provide financial consultation to clients and recommend suitable insurance products.

• Coordinate with internal teams and SPOCs for seamless onboarding and reporting.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation, and regulatory norms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the Life Insurance industry.

• Strong track record in sales, business development, or relationship management.

Not Considered

• Candidates from General Insurance, Health Insurance, or Non-Insurance sectors.

• Candidates with frequent job changes or employment gaps.

• Candidates for outside Mumbai/Pune or willing to relocate.
