*Position:* Customer Connect Executive
*Summary:*
Looking for a proactive Customer Connect Executive to engage with existing policyholders, drive renewals, and enhance customer retention through personalized service and relationship management.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Connect with policyholders for renewals, revivals, and premium collections.
Conduct field/WhatsApp interactions to strengthen customer relationships.
Identify upselling, cross-selling, and retention opportunities.
Support walk-in customers with policy servicing and surrender retention.
Maintain accurate records and achieve collection & retention targets.
*Requirements:*
Graduate (freshers welcome).
Strong communication in English & regional language.
Excellent relationship management and customer service skills.
Age: 20-30 years.
