Role Description

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager in Nagpur.

Eligibility:

• 15–20 years of experience in the security services industry, OR

• MBA with 10+ years of team leadership experience in any field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Guide and supervise field supervisors and ensure effective field control.

• Conduct regular field visits to monitor service quality and performance.

• Oversee recruitment, deployment, and training of security guards.

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and client satisfaction.

Requirements & Skills:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

• Thoroughly updated with the latest technologies for communication, reporting, and operations.

• Proven experience in operations or team management.

• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple sites and teams efficiently.

Compensation:

• Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

• Full-time, on-site position in Nagpur.
