WOW STAYZ2 is a growing boutique hotel & resort chain with properties across India’s most loved leisure destinations. We’re building a brand rooted in warmth, comfort, and thoughtful hospitality, and now we need a strong operations lead to anchor our growth story.

This role is for someone who understands the people side and the process side of hospitality, who can manage multi-property operations, build SOPs from scratch, and guide property teams to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across all WOW STAYZ2 properties through GMs and on-ground teams
• Create, implement, and audit SOPs across departments (front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, etc.)
• Build a reporting framework for GMs and staff at each property
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training for operational roles across properties
• Conduct regular property audits to ensure brand standards, safety, and quality compliance
• Troubleshoot operational issues, resolve bottlenecks, and enable GMs to perform
• Collaborate with leadership to plan manpower, budgets, and operational strategies
• Be the bridge between property teams and the central office

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in hotel operations or multi-property management
• Strong understanding of hospitality operations across departments
• Experience in leading teams and managing staff across locations
• Sharp process thinking—can build systems, not just follow them
• People-first approach: great communicator, patient mentor, steady under pressure
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about building something from the ground up

• Helped scale operations in a growing hotel/hospitality group
• Set up SOPs and reporting structures from scratch
• Built and managed multi-location teams successfully
