Operations Manager

As the Operations Manager in the medical field, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth, efficient, and high-quality functioning of the facility. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and healthcare knowledge to support patient care services, manage resources, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will be integral in driving performance, implementing policies, and enhancing patient satisfaction in a sensitive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth daily operations of the facility, managing patient flow and coordination across departments.
• Ensure a high-quality, compassionate, and efficient patient experience from initial consultation to post-treatment follow-ups.
• Address patient feedback and concerns, striving to continuously improve patient satisfaction.
• Manage, train, and support administrative and support staff, fostering a collaborative, patient-focused culture.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance for professional development.
• Ensure operations align with healthcare regulations, patient confidentiality, and safety standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
