Operations Manager

We are urgently hiring for an Operations Manager to join our team

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all operational aspects of domestic and international travel services.
• Oversee the execution of travel packages, itineraries, and logistics.
• Ensure timely and accurate bookings of flights, hotels, transfers, activities, and other services.
• Monitor ongoing tours and handle any in-travel issues, changes, or escalations.
• Optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs without compromising service quality.
• Supervise the team handling reservations, confirmations, rebookings, and cancellations.
• Ensure correct and timely issuance of flight tickets, hotel vouchers, travel insurance, and related documents.
• Ensure accuracy of booking details, documentation, and customer information.
• Lead and mentor the operations team, including travel consultants and coordinators.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training where necessary.
• Foster a high-performance, customer-first culture within the team.
• Generate and analyze reports related to bookings, revenue, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, travel regulations, and visa/documentation requirements.
• Manage SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and improve workflow processes
• Handle escalated client issues or complaints with prompt resolution.
• Ensure pre-travel, on-travel, and post-travel customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams for seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, Logistice or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in travel operations, with at least 3 years in an operations manager role.
• Experience in both domestic and international travel operations is essential.
• Strong knowledge of travel systems (e.g., Galileo), hotel booking engines, and B2B portals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
