Job Summary:

The Operations Manager is responsible for optimizing processes, systems, and performance across the organization. The position requires analytical thinking, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of CRM and sales automation tools.

Operations Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the

  day-to-day operations

  across all branches to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

• Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  to streamline processes and improve organizational efficiency.

• Recruit, allocate, and manage employees

  across branches based on operational requirements and business needs.

• Design and implement a CRM system

  from scratch, ensuring it is flexible, efficient, and accessible to all departments.
• Conduct

  training programs

  for employees to ensure alignment with company processes, policies, and performance standards.

• Monitor daily operations

  and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and maintain consistency across departments.
• Coordinate with

  CRM and Marketing teams

  to ensure timely lead follow-up and improved

  conversion rates

• Conduct

  daily and weekly sales and operational reviews

  to track performance and drive business growth.

• Analyse data and develop strategic plans

  to enhance operational efficiency, sales performance, and overall profitability.
• Prepare and share

  daily, weekly, and monthly reports

  with management, including business projections and performance presentations.

• Motivate and mentor employees

  to achieve targets, maintain high morale, and contribute to a culture of excellence.
• Ensure

  customer satisfaction and retention

  through continuous improvement initiatives and quality service delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education:

  Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related discipline (MBA preferred).

• Experience:

  810 years of proven experience in Operations Management, preferably in multi-branch or multi-location organizations.

• Industry Preference:

  Candidates from

  Financial Services, Retail, Gold Loan, or Service Industry

  backgrounds will be given preference.

• Functional Expertise:

• Strong understanding of

  Branch Operations

• Proven experience in
