Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally and courteously.
Explains product details, offers, and services clearly to customers.
Maintain records of calls, customer inquiries, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with sales and branch teams to ensure a timely response to customer needs.
Follow up on leads, appointments, and pending queries.
Achieve daily and weekly call or conversion targets as assigned.

Required Skills and Competencies:

Excellent communication and listening skills.
Ability to converse fluently in
Telugu, English, Hindi, and Kannada
.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Polite, confident, and customer-oriented approach.

Educational Qualification:

Intermediate / Graduate in any stream.
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of customer service Jewellery / Customer Service experience are welcome to apply.
