Job Summary:

Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and business development strategies for bullion and gold products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, dealers, and distributors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and untapped markets to expand reach.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through structured planning and follow-up.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with operations and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing and collections.
  • Handle client negotiations, contract finalisations, and pricing discussions.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and business networking events.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development within the

    bullion or gold sector

    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics and customer behaviour.
  • Proficiency in

    MS Office

  • Ability to lead teams, plan strategically, and work independently under pressure.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and goal orientation.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree

    in

    Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or Finance.

  • Master's Degree (MBA / PGDM)

    in

    Sales, Marketing

  • Additional certifications in

    Bullion Trading, Financial Markets, or Precious Metals Management

    will be an added advantage.
