* Make outbound calls to customers regarding enquiries, follow-ups, and lead conversions.
* Explain product/features clearly and handle customer queries professionally.
* Maintain and update daily call log reports in the system.
* Coordinate with the sales team for appointments and follow-up status.
* Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and ensure quality conversations.
* Build and maintain good customer relationships to support sales growth.
* Handle inbound calls when required and provide accurate information.
* Excellent communication skills in Tamil (English/Hindi/Telugu added advantage).
* Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred (freshers can also apply).
* Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
* Good attitude, friendly approach, and customer-focused mindset.
* Ability to handle targets and work under minimal supervision.
* Basic computer knowledge and ability to update records accurately.
* Immediate joiners preferred.
