Operations Manager

Role Overview:

Operations Manager

Operational Excellence:

• Design, implement, and refine business processes to improve efficiency and scalability
  
• Identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and lead process improvements across teams
  
• Develop and enforce SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)

Data & Performance:

• Track KPIs, operational metrics, and OKRs; present regular performance reports to leadership
  
• Use data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
  
• Collaborate with finance to manage budgets and optimize operational costs

Team & Cross-functional Management:

• Coordinate with departments (Sales, Marketing, Product, HR, etc.) to align operations with business goals
  
• Manage or mentor junior operations staff (if applicable)
  
• Support hiring and onboarding processes from an operational standpoint

Tools & Systems:

• Evaluate, implement, and manage tools and systems that support operations (e.g., project management, CRM, ERP)
  
• Ensure smooth integration between tools and teams

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
  
• Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP certification
  
• Familiarity with financial planning or budgeting
  
• Background in [industry-specific experience, e.g., SaaS, logistics, retail]
