Operations Manager

1. Operational Efficiency:

- Monitor and improve the efficiency of operations by optimizing processes and workflows.

- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline operations.

2. Cost Management:

- Develop and manage budgets effectively to control operational costs.

- Identify areas for cost reduction while maintaining quality and service levels.

3. Team Management:

- Lead and develop the operations team through effective recruitment, training, and performance management.

- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and high performance.

4. Quality Assurance:

- Ensure that operations meet the company’s quality standards and regulatory requirements.

- Implement quality control measures to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

5. Strategic Planning:

- Contribute to the development of the operational strategy in alignment with the overall business goals.

- Set up long-term goals for operational growth and assess the outcomes.

6. Supply Chain Management:

- Oversee supply chain processes to ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods and services.

- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate terms and ensure quality.

7. Customer Satisfaction:

- Ensure that operational practices meet customer expectations and enhance satisfaction.

- Gather customer feedback and implement necessary changes to improve service delivery.

8. Performance Metrics and Reporting:

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for operations and regularly monitor performance against them.

- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management regarding operational performance.

9. Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.

- Identify potential risks in operational processes and develop strategies to mitigate them.

10. Technology Implementation:

- Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve operational efficiency.

- Oversee the use of software and tools that streamline operations.

11. Project Management:

- Lead and manage special projects that improve operational functions and deliver results within the stipulated time frame.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
