Position Overview: As the Operation Head, you will play a pivotal role in driving the operational efficiency and creative vision of Studio Andem. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing project timelines and budgets, and leading a team of skilled designers. Your expertise will ensure that all design projects meet the highest standards of quality and innovation, while fostering strong client relationships and contributing to the firm’s strategic growth. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the firm’s daily operations to ensure seamless project execution. Lead and mentor the design team to create innovative and functional designs. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Serve as the primary contact for key clients, ensuring their satisfaction. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures. Ensure all projects adhere to the firm’s quality standards and client specifications. Identify and pursue new business opportunities for growth. Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and development. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Operational Management Oversee the day-to-day operations of the firm to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve communication. 2. Design Leadership Lead the design team in creating innovative and functional interior and architectural designs. Ensure all design projects adhere to the firm's standards and client specifications. Review and approve design plans, drawings, and specifications before submission to clients. Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new design ideas and techniques. 3. Client Management Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Present design concepts and proposals to clients and obtain their feedback and approval. Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. 4. Team Development Recruit, train, and mentor staff to build a high-performing and motivated team. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Foster a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages innovation and professional growth. Organize team meetings and workshops to discuss project progress and share ideas. 5. Quality Control Ensure all projects meet the firm's quality standards and client expectations. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work. Address any issues or discrepancies promptly to avoid delays and cost overruns. Implement and maintain quality control procedures and checklists. 6. Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the firm's client base and revenue. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and industry professionals. Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions. Prepare and submit proposals, bids, and presentations to potential clients. 7. Strategic Planning Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement the firm's strategic plans and goals. Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Develop and manage the firm's annual budget and financial plans. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in a senior operational or design leadership role.
