Sports for Life (SFL) is building India's leading ecosystem of sports academies, helping children and young athletes learn, play, and grow. We partner with academies, coaches, and parents to deliver world-class training and experiences while making sports more accessible and organized.

Role Overview:

Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Parent Coordination

• Handle queries, feedback, and concerns in a timely manner.
• Manage communication of schedules, updates, and reports.

Coach Coordination

• Support coaches with schedules, training logistics, and operational needs.
• Track attendance, performance, and ensure coaching standards are maintained.
• Facilitate clear communication between coaches and management.

Ground Owner & Vendor Management

• Liaise with ground owners to ensure availability, maintenance, and compliance with agreements.
• Coordinate ground bookings, payments, and resolve operational issues.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with facility partners.

Operations & Logistics

• Oversee daily operations across multiple centres.
• Ensure training sessions start and end on time with all resources in place.

Reporting & Process Management

• Maintain operational records, fee collection updates, and reporting dashboards.
• Suggest and implement improvements to streamline operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Management, or related field.
• 24 years of experience in

  operations, customer relations, or sports/education management

  .
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and problem-solve.
• Passion for sports and working with children.
• Proficiency with MS Excel/Google Sheets
