Job Description

Roles & Responsibility:-

Drive domestic and international B2B sales of aluminium foil products, with key focus on FMCG, Pharmaceutical, and Food Packaging sectors
Develop and execute annual marketing strategies for product segments, including Household, Pharma, and Industrial-grade foils
Build a robust customer pipeline, conduct client meetings, and negotiate contracts to close high-value deals
Manage existing key accounts and generate repeat business through strong relationship management
Track LME trends, raw material pricing, and contribute to pricing and margin strategy decisions
Conduct competitor benchmarking and gather market intelligence for strategic decision-making
Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and client visits to build brand awareness and generate leads

Desired Candidate Profile: -

5 to 7 years of experience in B2B Sales & Marketing of industrial/packaging products (preferably aluminium foil or related materials)
Proven ability to lead successful campaigns and build market presence
Strong network with buyers in pharma/FMCG/food processing companies preferred
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
