Tech Ops Associate

You will be joining Sports for Life (SFL), a company dedicated to revolutionizing India's sports academy landscape through strategic investments and data-driven solutions. As a Tech Operations Associate, your main responsibility will be ensuring the successful implementation and utilization of the technology platform by partner sports academies and tournament hosts. Your role will involve collaborating closely with academies to understand their challenges, supporting them in effectively using the platform, and facilitating communication between users and the product team. Additionally, you will be tasked with monitoring lead generation across platforms to prevent any lead losses. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Tech Adoption & Support:** Guide partner sports academies in successfully onboarding and utilizing the SFL platform, offering necessary assistance and troubleshooting. - **User Engagement & Feedback:** Engage with academy users to identify pain points and relay valuable insights to the product team for continuous enhancements. - **Tournament Host Support:** Aid third-party tournament hosts in correctly utilizing the app to ensure smooth tech adoption and operational efficiency. - **Lead Monitoring & Management:** Monitor and manage leads from all platforms, ensuring lead retention and enhancing conversion rates. - **Collaboration with Product & Tech Teams:** Serve as a liaison between academies and internal product/tech teams, ensuring effective communication of needs and obstacles. - **Performance Tracking:** Analyze technology adoption and usage, pinpoint areas for improvement, and proactively drive user engagement. **Key Qualifications:** - 1+ years of experience in operations, customer success, or product support roles. - Proficiency in problem-solving and addressing user challenges effectively. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with academy users and tournament hosts. - Familiarity with CRM tools and data-tracking platforms to monitor leads and user activity. - Previous experience in a tech-driven environment, preferably in the sports or ed-tech industry. - Ability to collaborate across departments to ensure smooth user adoption. - Passion for sports and technology is advantageous.
