Position Overview:

We are looking for a Tech Operations Associate to ensure the successful adoption and utilization of our technology platform by partner sports academies and tournament hosts. This role will involve closely working with academies to understand their pain points, supporting them in using the platform effectively, and bridging communication between users and the product team. Additionally, the candidate will monitor lead generation across platforms and ensure there are no lead losses.

Key Responsibilities:

? Tech Adoption & Support: Ensure partner sports academies successfully onboard and utilize the SFL platform, providing necessary guidance and troubleshooting.

? User Engagement & Feedback: Work closely with academy users to understand their pain points and relay key insights to the product team for continuous improvements.

? Tournament Host Support: Assist third-party tournament hosts in properly using the app, ensuring seamless tech adoption and operational efficiency.

? Lead Monitoring & Management: Track and manage leads across all platforms, ensuring no lead losses and optimizing conversions.

? Collaboration with Product & Tech Teams: Act as a bridge between academies and the internal product/tech teams, ensuring effective communication of requirements and challenges.

? Performance Tracking: Analyze the adoption and usage of the technology, identifying areas for improvement and taking proactive steps to drive engagement.

Key Qualifications:

? 1+ years of experience in operations, customer success, or product support roles.

? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand and address user challenges effectively.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with academy users and tournament hosts.

? Proficiency in using CRM tools and data-tracking platforms to monitor leads and user activity.

? Experience working in a tech-driven environment, preferably in the sports or ed-tech industry.

? Ability to work cross-functionally with product, tech, and business teams to drive seamless user adoption.

? Passion for sports and technology is a plus.
