ASO/SEO Executive

About SFL:

SFL is a leading multi-sport academy network offering professional coaching across Football, Tennis, Chess, and more. We combine elite infrastructure, certified coaching, and a digital-first approach to help children grow through sport. As we expand our digital footprint, we are looking for an SEO/ASO Executive to strengthen our visibility and organic reach across web and app platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

App Store Optimization (ASO):

• Optimize app listings (Play Store & App Store) including titles, descriptions, keywords, and screenshots.
• Perform keyword optimization, A/B testing, and competitor benchmarking.
• Monitor and improve app visibility, rankings, and downloads organically.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to improve app performance and review responses.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

• Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic visibility.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to guide content strategy.
• Optimize website architecture, meta tags, images, internal linking, and page speed.
• Collaborate with content and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices.
• Monitor, analyse, and report performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs.

General Growth & Support:

• Stay updated with the latest SEO/ASO trends and algorithm changes.
• Track key metrics like website traffic, bounce rate, keyword rankings, and app store impressions.
• Identify growth opportunities through organic channels.
• Assist in planning and executing seasonal campaigns and launches.

Requirements:

• 13 years of proven SEO and ASO experience.
• Strong understanding of Google Search algorithms, mobile ranking factors, and app store ecosystems.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs/SEMrush, AppTweak, etc.
• Basic understanding of HTML, website structure, and mobile UI/UX.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Sports or ed-tech industry experience is a plus.
