Qualifications – Strictly Required

✅ M.PEd. / PhD in Physical Education (MANDATORY)

✅ Minimum 4 years of experience in sports operations, preferably in the K–12 school sector

✅ Must have represented state or nation in your sport

✅ Proven track record of leading teams & large school operations

✅ Strong network with multiple sports associations and federations

✅ Excellent communication, presentation & data management skills

✅ Proficient with Excel, assessments, and reporting

✅ Strong willingness to travel (50% of the month), learn and grow

Key Responsibilities

🌟 Operations & Customer Focus

• Daily visits to partner schools to oversee smooth delivery
• Meet school management to align goals and growth
• Ensure excellent customer service at every step
• Daily connect with your team — calls/video/in-person

🌟 Leadership & Team Management

• Lead & mentor a team of

  25–50 sports coaches

  nationwide
• Conduct ongoing training on communication, class setup & management
• Develop business and departmental plans
• Drive upselling & cross-selling of programs

🌟 Curriculum & Innovation

• Innovate and enhance sports curriculum

• Design & scale tournaments and after-school academies
• Add continuous value through new ideas & initiatives

🌟 Networking & Brand Building

• Stay well-connected across sports fraternities and education boards
• Be the face of Shazam Sports to schools & partners
