Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

School Operations & Customer Focus

• Daily visits to partner schools for smooth execution & program quality.
• Engage with school management to align growth, outcomes, and service excellence.
• Ensure

  customer service excellence

  across all touch points.

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, inspire, and manage a

  nationwide team of 25–50 sports coaches

  .
• Take

  ownership

  of team performance, productivity, and skill enhancement.
• Maintain strong, daily communication with the team (calls, video, in-person).
• Prepare

  departmental and business plans

  aligned to company vision.

Curriculum Development & Innovation

• Innovate and upscale the sports curriculum continuously.
• Build and scale

  tournaments, leagues, and after-school academies

  .
• Deliver

  measurable student outcomes

  through structured assessments.

Networking, Growth & Sales

• Leverage networks with

  sports associations & federations

  to open opportunities.
• Drive

  upsell and cross-sell initiatives

  with existing school partners.
• Experience in

  sales and business growth

  will be a significant plus.
• Represent Shazam Sports as a

  confident, credible leader

  in the K–12 sports education space.

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills

M.PEd. / PhD in PE / NIS Certification / Licensed Coach

4 years’ experience in school sports operations (K–12 sector)
