Operations Manager

You will be working as an Operations Manager at House of Abrazo, a modern D2C home textile brand based in Panipat. Your role will involve taking ownership of various operational tasks to scale up production and supply chain activities. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with mills, printing houses, and packaging vendors for product sampling and production. - Source trims, labels, tags, cartons, and fabrics within budget and on time. - Coordinate with suppliers for new product development. - Maintain real-time stock visibility and manage inventory across SKUs and locations. - Coordinate packaging, labeling, dispatch, and stock inward processes. - Ensure finished products meet quality control and packing standards. - Liaise with team members, factory workers, and logistics partners for smooth operations. - Report daily to the founder on status updates and escalations. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in B.Com, BBA, or B.Tech (preferred). - 2-4 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or sourcing (preferably in FMCG, textile, or startup). - Strong communication and Excel skills. - Ability to handle fieldwork, coordination, and administrative tasks simultaneously. - Proficiency in Hindi and English languages. Location & Timing: - Full-time position based in Panipat, Haryana. - Work hours: 6 days a week, 10 AM to 7 PM (flexible based on shift loads). Compensation: - Monthly salary ranging from 25,000 to 30,000 based on experience. - Potential for rapid growth and a long-term role in brand operations.
