Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager - Infrastructure located in Mumbai. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage project timelines, and ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes. Responsibilities include coordinating with various departments, developing operational policies, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The role also involves analyzing performance metrics and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in project management and process optimization in the Infrastructure, Offshore, Oil & Gas, or Marine industry
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements relevant to Infrastructure and related sectors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Experience with budget management and operational planning
