Contract Bazaar is a legal services and operations-driven organization offering high-quality, structured, and process-oriented legal support to clients. We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our service delivery and operational workflows.

Job Summary

The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day service delivery, team performance, workload allocation, TAT adherence, quality monitoring, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will come from a service industry operations background (KPO/BPO/LPO/outsourcing/professional services) with hands-on experience in team leadership, KPI tracking, and workflow management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and ensure timely completion of client deliverables
• Lead and supervise the operations team, ensuring efficiency and workload balance
• Track TATs, SLAs, productivity metrics, and operational KPIs
• Handle client escalations and support issue resolution
• Implement and maintain SOPs, quality checks, and reporting structures
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround time
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Technology, and HR
• Conduct training, performance evaluations, and skill development session

Required Experience & Skills

• 4–7 years of experience in operations, service delivery, or process management
• Minimum 2 years in a team lead or managerial role
• Background in service-based industries (KPO/BPO/LPO/consulting/outsourcing/professional services)
• Experience in TAT/SLA management, performance tracking, and reporting
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and operational tools
• Exposure to the legal services industry is a plus, not mandatory
